Free parking is available in the Mercy Parking Ramp, which can be accessed from Fifth Street and Sixth Street. Fifth Street is a one-way street heading east. Sixth Street is a one-way street heading west. Elevators at the south end of the parking ramp connect to the fourth and fifth floors of Mercy Heart Center. The same elevators also connect to a first-floor walkway that leads to the south hospital building. The parking ramp is connected to the third and first floors of the Central Medical Building.

City parking meters are also available along Fifth, Sixth, Seventh and Jones streets. Valet parking is available between 5 a.m. and 2 p.m. Monday through Friday at the circle drive entrance at 624 Jones Street, across from the helicopter landing pad. Handicapped parking spaces are designated in the Mercy Parking Ramp, in the Emergency/Trauma area off Jennings and Sixth streets and by the Rehabilitation Center entrance to the north hospital building.
