J. Steven (Steve) Eavenson holds a Bachelors and Master's Degree in Business and Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. He has over 35 years' experience in healthcare financial management and has served as Chief Financial Officer in hospitals and systems ranging from 200 to 1,200 beds. He is married and has three children, all residing at his home in Florida. |

Don Harson

Don represents the community of Hartley on the Baum Harmon Board of Directors.
Don received his B.S. in Education from Wayne State College in Wayne, NE. Don’s teaching career includes 7 years at Madrid Iowa and 28 years at Hartley, IA. He taught high school science including chemistry, human anatomy-physiology, biology, physical science and earth science. Don retired from teaching in May 2000.
Don’s wife Virginia is an RN at the Iowa Eye Institute in Spencer and a Pre-op nurse. He has 3 Children & 7 wonderful grandchildren. Don enjoys spending time with grandchildren, gardening, working on their acreage, playing snooker, cooking, hunting and fishing.
