• Peripheral Arterial Disease Screening - $45

Choose individual screenings or all three screenings for $99. Also includes a risk assessment, blood pressure and body mass index. Results are read by local cardiologists and radiologists.

Cholesterol & Glucose Screening
The cardiovascular risk assessment includes a complete cholesterol panel (total cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL, cholesterol/HDL ratio) and a glucose (diabetes) level. Cost is $12 and requires a 10 -12 hour fast prior to blood collection.

For convenience, three blood collection locations are available.

Calcium Scoring...A new, non-invasive screening for coronary artery disease
Mercy's ultrafast CT scanner can detect the presence of calcium in the coronary arteries - an indicator for coronary artery disease. Call (712)279-2098  for an appointment.

Lymphedema Screening Clinic
Surgery or radiation following cancer may lead to damage or removal of the lymph nodes resulting in abnormal swelling of the blood vessels (an accumulation of lympatic fluid). Call (712) 252-0080  to schedule an appointment to be screened.
