Here is an easy, healthy, on-the-go breakfast of scrambled egg whites, salsa and a touch of cheese. This quick breakfast will keep you full all morning.

Ingredients

    • 6 Tbsp egg whites
    • 1 Tbsp salsa
    • 1 Tbsp light cheddar cheese
    • 1 whole wheat tortilla

Preparation

    • Lightly spray a small microwave-safe bowl with nonstick cooking spray.
    • In another bowl, mix egg whites, salsa and cheese together. Pour ingredients into microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Spoon out contents into tortilla and roll up. Serve immediately.
