Fruit Kebab with Yogurt Dip

Get your kids excited about fruit with these fun, easy fruit kebabs and tasty yogurt dip. Cinnamon and honey are the secret ingredients in this yummy fat free treat.

Ingredients

  • Kebabs

    • 1 pt strawberries, hulled and halved
    • 1/2 pineapple, cut into 1-inch chunks
    • 1 cup red grapes
    • 1 small cantaloupe, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • Yogurt Dip

    • 1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
    • 1 Tbsp honey
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

Preparation

    • Thread fruit on 6 wooden skewers, alternating strawberries, pineapple, grapes and cantaloupe. Cover with plastic wrap and chill.
    • In a bowl, combine yogurt, honey, cinnamon and lemon juice. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
    • Serve fruit kababs with yogurt dip.
