I don't always eat right or get the exercise I need, I am overweight, I have pain in my legs, sometimes I have little pains I try to ignore, I don't know exactly what my numbers mean in regards to LDL, HDL, B/P, and cholesterol. I am so busy taking care of others that I ignore myself. Bruce Stavens, MD, cardiovascular surgeon, will inform women about screenings, prevention, procedures and medications that can help. Siouxland Garden Show
Friday, March 14 • 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. • Marina Center, South Sioux City • Saturday, March 15 • 9 a.m.-8 p.m.
Because of the outstanding success last year, the 2008 event will be held with extended hours and a larger venue. Includes exhibitors and teaching sessions designed to make your spring flower planting, landscaping, lawn preparation and gardening easier.
