Non-Invasive Diagnostic Services

In addition to offices and examination rooms for the physicians and staff of Cardiovascular Associates, the fourth floor of the new Mercy Heart Center contains non-invasive diagnostic services. Here, highly trained technologists use some of the most advanced equipment available to diagnose heart disease. Some of the tests performed include:

• Echocardiograms
• Treadmill stress testing
• Event monitoring/Holter monitoring
• Peripheral arterial studies
• Electrocardiogram (ECG) services
• Nuclear diagnostics

Mercy Heart Center technicians also bring many of these diagnostic tools to patients in outlying Siouxland communities, clinics and hospitals.
