Mercy Medical Center is demonstrating its commitment to patient safety by providing the Mercy Medication Card. This card, when filled out completely and updated regularly, will help assure the medicine you take at home will be evaluated for continuation at the time of admission to the hospital. The only way the Medication Card can assist in your safety is if you keep it updated each time you visit your doctor(s) or pharmacist and carry it with you at all times. It can be folded to fit into a woman’s purse or a man’s wallet.
