Organization Consultation
Utilizing our experience working with organizations and their employees,
Mercy EAP upon request will provide consultation
and training services to meet your organization's needs as they
relate to productivity and morale. The most frequently requested
topics are:
- Organizational assessment
Mercy's EAP team will meet with key personnel from various levels
of your organization to gather information and develop an assessment
plan, needs analysis and intervention recommendations.
- Human resources consulting
We provide newsletters and seminars featuring human resources
related topics such as the ADA, sexual harassment and violence
in the workplace. We are also available to assist with other human
resources issues.
- Management consulting
We assist organizations in managing change, team building and
conflict resolution.
- Leadership style assessments
Mercy EAP will administer leadership style assessments.
