Substance Abuse Professional Services (SAPs)

The purpose of drug/alcohol testing in the workplace is to protect the public safety by eliminating the use of controlled substances and the misuse of alcohol. Seasoned EAP counselors are best suited to provide SAP services to employers and employees. Because of our long history of specialized services designed to meet workplace needs, EAP counselors better understand the current and ever changing laws, regulations, policies and procedures related to drug testing at work. We can assist employers and employees in developing and using SAP services that are clear, consistent and compliant with requirements of the Department of Transportation and other governmental regulatory agencies.

Our SAP services include assessment, follow-up, training, consulting, presentations and regular EAP services. Employers can contract for SAP services without also participating in EAP.
