Infectious Disease Clinic -
provides a multidisciplinary approach to the diagnosis and treatment of infectious
diseases and a more sophisticated consultation for patients. Available Tuesdays. For more

Geriatric Assessment
Clinic - provides a comprehensive assessment for older
adults who may suffer from more than one medical problem and/or
have conditions that are obscured by unusual symptoms. Conditions
could include, but are not limited to, multiple chronic illnesses,
episodes of dizziness or falling, Parkinson's symptoms, weight loss,
confusion, impaired memory, or change in behavior. Available weekly.

Voice
Clinic - evaluates and treats symptoms of hoarseness,
vocal fatigue, breathiness, reduced vocal range, loss of voice,
pitch breaks, voice strain or struggle, and vocal tremor. Available
the first Thursday and third Tuesday of each month. For more information,

Biofeedback Clinic for Continence
- provides training and visual feedback to strengthen the pelvic muscle and improve or

Pulmonary Rehabilitation
- Through therapy, emotional support, and education, this individually
tailored, multidisciplinary program stabilizes or reverses the effects
of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). For more information,

Diabetes Education Services -
provides theory based knowledge and behavioral skills necessary for self-management of

Pain Management
Center - provides medical evaluation, diagnosis and management
of your acute and chronic pain problems. A comprehensive plan for
pain relief will be tailored especially to meet your needs. For

Outpatient Brain Injury
Program - This program is designed for adolescents and
adults with brain injury. Individuals are evaluated for a multispecialty
program to facilitate their return to school, work or the community.
