Geriatric Assessment Clinic - provides a comprehensive assessment for older adults who may suffer from more than one medical problem and/or have conditions that are obscured by unusual symptoms. Conditions could include, but are not limited to, multiple chronic illnesses, episodes of dizziness or falling, Parkinson's symptoms, weight loss, confusion, impaired memory, or change in behavior. Voice Clinic - evaluates and treats symptoms of hoarseness, vocal fatigue, breathiness, reduced vocal range, loss of voice, pitch breaks, voice strain or struggle, and vocal tremor.
