To contact us call: The Trauma Center at Mercy Medical Center-Sioux City is one of only four trauma care facilities in Iowa to receive verification from the American College of Surgeons. As the only Level II trauma center in western Iowa, the Mercy Trauma Center serves the population within a 150-mile radius of Sioux City, including southeast South Dakota and northeast Nebraska. Every year, thousands of Siouxland residents benefit from the life-saving skills of the nurses, emergency room physicians and surgeons who make up our dedicated trauma team.
